Shipping policy


Processing time
Orders ship within one to two business days. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Where we ship
We ship within the United States, including PO Boxes and most APO or FPO addresses when the selected service allows it.

Carriers and rates
Checkout shows live USPS and UPS options with prices based on weight and destination. Economy service typically arrives in three to eight business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take up to twenty four hours to update.

Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check with household members and neighbors and look around porches and mail areas. Then contact your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, email us on our Contact page within three business days and we will help.

Address changes
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Undeliverable or refused packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once received in original condition. We can reship to a corrected address upon request with a new shipping charge.

Packaging
Items are packed to protect condition and cleanliness. When possible we reuse clean materials to reduce waste.

International shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.
