Refund policy

Return window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed with any original tags or security labels attached, and free of odors or pet hair. Please try on clothing indoors and avoid perfume, deodorant marks, or makeup transfer.

Not eligible
Final sale items include swimwear, undergarments, and costumes (e.g. Cosplay outfits), and any product marked final sale.

How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions.

Return shipping
Buyer pays return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
For a different size or a different item, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Email photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Banks may take 2 to 5 business days to post the credit. Original shipping is not refundable.
