Refund policy

Return window
All items, including swimwear, undergarments, and costumes, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags or security labels attached, and free of odors or pet hair. Please try on clothing indoors and avoid perfume, deodorant marks, or makeup transfer.

How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions.

Return shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns at no cost to the customer.

Exchanges
For a different size or a different item, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Email photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process any approved refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will also refund any original shipping charges when a full refund is issued.

Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees on returns.
